Frightening Speech: When the Olog-hai speak the players within earshot make a Will save against DC 15. If they fail, they become very frightened, and want to leave immediately. If they get a critical failure, they will simply start to run, thinking that the Olog-hai was speaking to them. If they pass they are still frightened, but not as much. A critical success and they will not be frightened, but they will still get the feeling that the Olog-hai is very dangerous. For every level above the Olog-hai's challenge rating the player gets +1 Will for this save.
